The exchange is expected upon communication, no later than 14 days from receipt of the package. Shipping costs for any exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

In order to benefit from the right of withdrawal, the customer must ship at his own expense within 10 days from the delivery date of the products which must be in the same conditions in which they were shipped to the customer . They must be wrapped and packaged correctly, in perfect condition (not ruined, not damaged). All other labels on the item, both fabric and hanging, must necessarily be intact and under no circumstances removed from the item.

The product must be returned within 72 hours of receiving the return authorization received through our Customer Service (the date indicated on the postmark or courier transport document will prevail). The return will be handled within 3-4 working days following the date of receipt of the returned goods at our warehouse.

In the event of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, Millyblu reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.

We will check the quality of the product and issue the refund only if it meets the conditions of the return policy.

Once we have received the items for which a return request has been made via Millyblu Customer Service , we will verify, at our logistics, that the product complies with the aforementioned specifications.

Millyblu will pay within 14 days of delivery of the same, the sum paid for the purchase, with the exception of shipping costs , to your credit card or by bank transfer to the appropriate bank account mentioned in the customer's "return request". .
